Safe and reliable drinking water is an essential part of a healthy community. KC Water is committed to enhancing the quality of the services we deliver. We developed the following survey to help identify potential customer service improvements as well as to get a better sense of how the services we provide are valued and perceived. To that end, we are interested in learning what you think about the quality of the water, wastewater, and stormwater services you receive from us.
Our contractor, ETC Institute, will gather survey information from KC Water customers as well as comparable survey results from other water utilities. This data will allow us to benchmark our services with other utilities, helping us to identify areas of focus. Survey results may be presented to the City Council and will be available to the public, but individual survey responses will remain confidential.
